Default Bottling my Porter now

just got all my bottles and equipment sanitized. pulled the top off the secondary and boy! does it smell good! i am excited about the possibility of this one. first porter for me and first use of fruit (strawberries) in a beer. i have high hopes that it will rock the house when i crack the first bottle.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotamy!
