So I was recently able to acquire for free a 55g oak barrel. Me and my homebrew club are going to fill this bad boy with something the question is what? I was looking for a few suggestions. Another guy with a barrel is probably going to do an Imperial Stout.

I've heard a couple suggestions from the club, primarily belgians, we'll have one with an RIS for sure. Haven't explored an english yet I like these ideas, I'm not sure I have the skill level for a sour yet. Maybe a tripel?
