Default How to beat a hang over!!!!!

Don't drink so much.

But if you do, 3 / 12 oz. beers to 1 / 12 oz. water is what keeps me good.

Or if I drink wiskey, I will drink water as a chaser and as regular drink.

If I combine beer and wiskey (cause your friend won't let up). I drink as much water as posible (before he calls me a wuss), in between shots or drinks. Then before (if still in the right mind) pass out I drink a half gallon of water with some asprine. Then first thing in the morning, I get in the shower (moderate temp.) and take more asprin.

When all else fails. I get up. Throw up. dirnk alot of water. Throw up. Eat. Throw up. Drink more water. Take asprine. Drink a beer.
Now if the beer says down, dink one more.
If the beer comes back up. The asprin taste is going to kill you. Brush teeth, dink another beer.
When beer stays down, drink another one.
When you feel better your done.
