Default Keep DME dry

How do you keep DME dry after opening the bag?
This Louisiana humidity is a killer!

Yup. In the bag, in humidity, it won't stay dry. (I have the same problem with corn sugar in the summertime.)

I bought a 3 lb bag of light DME for making starters. Bought one of those oxo storage containers, is sits on the counter right next to my sugar and flour.

Airtight container with bag rolled up. I store my 50 lb bags in a airtight dog food container. Stays fresh in powder form through the whole bag.
