I am in Marietta, and may just have to look up the homebrew club at Brewmaster's Warehouse. But let me second, or third, or whatever we are up to, that Brewmaster's is a fantastic place and definitely worth the drive. Maybe you drive down for supplies and stay for the club?

SW33K, I'm off exit 4 on 985 in Buford, pretty much Sugar Hill. Really really close to Cumming. You in a club?

I'm in Cumming near exit 15 as well, small world. I've been to a few meetings with the Brewmasters Alpharetta, they're pretty nice folks.

Nice Arg. I was hoping there was something a little closer around Lake Lanier. Alpharetta isn't too far but its not close either. Oh well, guess we'll have to keep finding people in the area and form our own club . It'd be nice to get some people together to brew one weekend and not have to drive 40 miles.

I'm in Cumming, off exit 13. I have yet to meet with Brewmasters of Alpharetta but I hear the club is great. One member helped judge a few of my beers when I first got started. I met his wife at my doctor's office.

Any members know the specifics of the meetings? I can't find anything about them online. Brew Depot (LHBS in Alpharetta) stated there was info regarding the club on their website but I haven't been able to locate it.

browillard, they are very 'exclusive'. Lets just put it that way. Thats why I joined Final Gravity in Atlanta. A younger crowd and less exclusive. However, now I am so far away I want to join a new one. Everyone that has commented on this thread, we have atleast 6 people. Thats a good start to start our own up here It doesn't have to really be official it can just be us brewing every now and then. Anyone interested?
