The saison I brewed last month with Nelson Sauvin and Sorachi Ace hops. Fermented at 68 for 2 days then 85 ramped over 2 days for the rest of 3 weeks. WLP565. Flavors consist of lemon, pear, apple, orange, grape, pineapple, pepper, clove, and earthiness from the yeast esters. I am really satisfied with this one. All of my brews have gotten to extremely high quality since I started doing water chem.

I designed this one with some influence from Radical Brewing by Mosher. Didn't think I wanted as much munich, so I swapped the wheat and munich amounts from his book recipe.

Citra IPA... Started off smelling like cat pee... After a couple weeks in the fridge though, it's grapefruit start to finish! Yum! And I hate actual grapefruit!

Pay no attention to the cat behind the beer. His name is Levon.... And he hates you.

My latest homebrew. A clone of FFF Alpha King, modified with Citra hops to make it more like Zombie Dust. Really tasty.
