One of the last bottles of my traditional Maibock; from a 15 gallon all grain batch that lagered for three months. I shared this with the office last week along with some growlers from a Denver craft brewery, guess which one they liked better

That is a nice looking Mai bock man. I brewed a traditional that I lagered for quite some time as well. Bocks aren't for every one but they are a great change of pace from the hob bomb craze that is going on. (Still love hoppy beer don't kill me!)

Oops! 95 F out... 95 C would definitely spoil my cream and brown ales in primary :0)

Nice! The glass too - I would trade a nice Canadian glass for that Sam... I've got an extensive collection... Hit me up if interested...

My belgian golden strong. So golden yellow an fizzy but actually about 2.5 budweisers in one glass. 9.3% abv. Too bad i tried drinking it like it was a bud. That beer and the blazing sun have got me feeling a little buzzed, dehydrated, or both.

My first 5 gallon batch! This is the NB American Wheat Ale to which I added 2# of honey, clementine peel, coriander and rosemary. This is from the first bottle of the batch ~10 days after bottling. It tasted a little bitter but good. I think another week or two and it will be very good (at least to me!) Cheers!
