I got another water report from the North Texas Municipal Water District for the month of October and thought I would share it with all you North Texas brewers.

Calcium 39.4
Magnesium 4
Sulfate 77
Chloride 37.9
Sodium 46.4
Bicarbonates (HCO3) 66

what was interesting is that the bicarbonates were about half of the report I had gotten from May. 66 down from 113.

i was stationed in san angelo tx a while back and i cant imagine trying to brew with the "Concho Coolade"... west texas tap water was no bueno
