Default Vodka Wheat

Hello everyone,

I've been home brewing for a few years now and I looking to start distilling vodka, and I've looked around online but there is limited information at best. Anyone want to take a guess at the kind of wheat used in a Grey Goose or Belvedere? Unmalted Wheat?

Thanks,

Kurt

I'm sorry, but distilling talk is not allowed here.
