My next beer I may do a white or another cream and rack on top of lime lemon and orange using Amarillo and sorachi ace for hop schedule these beers are honestly so refreshing even though it's winter I'm loving it.

Good stuff! I have a Kolsch coming in a few days! Winter for warmers....yeah...winter for refreshing brews.....oh heck yeah!
