Default Office water cooler

Has anyone ever done anything with an office water cooler? I was about to sell mine but I'm sure it could be converted into something useful for home brewing.

Mixed with a temp controller, and a handmade insulated box, could the internals be used to keep my fermenting beer at 68 degrees?
