Newbie brewer here.. Just three batches under my belt, started this after my wife was diagnosed with Celiac's and we did not like the commercial beers on the market.

So, just as the thread name highlights. What would be the best options for a yeast starter?

i too would be interested. there is a sub forum on here for gluten free but it doesn't seem to get much traffic

I was torn on where to publish the post

Brew day was today, so I just made a mini batch of wort with sorghum and rice solids in similar proportions of the final brew. Worked out pretty good all honesty..
