30qt turkey fryer at walmart... 40 bucks.

I'm gettin one this year. 30qt is plenty for a full boil of you are careful... Well... Maybe careful plus a little FermCap.

i too live modular.. but i have a bit of a front porch so im definitely getting one... maybe ill hit a parrent up for one as a christmas gift. Last batch i had to use a 3 gallon pot on the stove so this will be an improvement..

I bought one here in Hawai`i a month ago for $70 at Sam's Club. I think it might be 32 qt. Ah the cost of living in Paradise. :-)

Check your HOA and local codes. Some only restrict the size of propane tank you can use

Will the stand accommodate a converted beer keg kettle? I may have to jump on this tomorrow if so.
