Fermentables seem fussy. Assuming that's the NB rye extract, it already has crystal malt. And since it has just 20% rye, I'd pare it straight down to just that extract, to start anyway.
Even with delicate noble hops, 2 oz of late hops seems a lot if you're aiming for a truly malt-focused thing.
