Oops, I'll edit it. I usually only do AG batches and when I started doing this recipe I was using 5.5lbs of pilsner. But, It seemed like a waste of time and using the extract I can do this recipe and follow up with an AG batch in about 5 hours, including cleanup. I just forgot to take that part out. Thanks for pointing that out.
Also, when using the grain I mashed at 149 to make it thinner and dryer.
