Hops with Friends: A Guest Chef Beer Dinner
Definetly going to be a good one for those that know these restaurants. It may also have something to with the fact that I am the sous chef at La Pietra Cucina. Just to you let you know what our restaurant will be offering. It will be "Hop Cured Scottish Salmon with Housemade Mascarpone and Gnocchi Fritti". The hops are cascade, chinook and saaz. The gnocchi fritti is made with oktoberfest lager yeast and wheat beer. Hope to see some of you there.
