I want to start making AG 10 gallon batches I'm in the process of making my mash tun...now I've heard of sparging but I'm not sure what that means exactly. Am I sparging after I mash the grain. And also I've heard if continuous sparge I guess s there's no mashing involved with that...and wats the best method or is that determined by the style brew your making?

I recommend that you read the wiki on mashing. There's a lot to learn and it's all over there.
