Default whats the difference?

I want to start making AG 10 gallon batches I'm in the process of making my mash I've heard of sparging but I'm not sure what that means exactly. Am I sparging after I mash the grain. And also I've heard if continuous sparge I guess s there's no mashing involved with that...and wats the best method or is that determined by the style brew your making?

I recommend that you read the wiki on mashing. There's a lot to learn and it's all over there.
Remember one unassailable statistic, as explained by the late, great George Carlin: "Just think of how stupid the average person is, and then realize half of them are even stupider!"
