5 gallons cider into carboy with addition of 1/2 tsp of pectic enzyme per gallon, 2 vials of English cider yeast, add whatever you want to flavor it with, im doing cloves and some nutmeg, let sit for 14-20 days warm, transfer into secondary after ferm stops, add redhots (1 cup redhots boiled down with 1 cup water) and cold chill for two weeks. Bottle or leave in fridge. I got this out of a newspaper and have not tried it yet so try at your own risk.
