Brewed a Christmas spice ale. I had planned to wait till at least thanksgiving to give it a taste but I didnt have the willpower to do it. Last night I cracked the first bottle. Let me say this is probably the best beer ive made this far. From the glass your nose is hit with the oh so yummy smell of hops, orange, and cinnamon. Anyway this is a picture thread so heres the picture. Also attached is a picture of the label thats going on my bottles. I call this brew santas little helper. abv is right around 5.3. I was to slow to catch the head, it was kind of small(havent mastered getting a good head on my beer yet)
