Default Couldnt wait till christmas..First taste

Brewed a Christmas spice ale. I had planned to wait till at least thanksgiving to give it a taste but I didnt have the willpower to do it. Last night I cracked the first bottle. Let me say this is probably the best beer ive made this far. From the glass your nose is hit with the oh so yummy smell of hops, orange, and cinnamon. Anyway this is a picture thread so heres the picture. Also attached is a picture of the label thats going on my bottles. I call this brew santas little helper. abv is right around 5.3. I was to slow to catch the head, it was kind of small(havent mastered getting a good head on my beer yet)

Heres the recipe

Note: i only have room right now for a mr beer rig so all my recipes are 2.5 gallons.

45 min boil time
Grains
.5 lb Crystal 40
.5lb brown malt

Sugar
1 lbs amber dme
1lbs light pils dme
.5lbs honey

Hops
1oz cascade(45mins)
1oz Hersbrucker (5mins)

Yeast
White labs California Ale yeast

Spices
(boil 10 minutes)
teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 small cinnamon sticks
sweet orange peel(8-10 pieces, eyeballed)

Enjoy,

Gambit

Tasting good is an understatement. It might be the best I've had. I can see getting burned out on it after a few pints though.
