Default Brewing Time Table

I wait until I am nearly down to my last corny then brew like a madman until I have no spare capacity.

I am now nearly down to my last Corny. I've not brewed for a few months.

Have a beer on me.

Im planning on buying a 3rd carboy, porbably next week... so i can start brewing every week. Wanna get to the point where every wednesday I can bottle one beer, move another to secondry, have another thats halfway through secondary, and start a new one...

I brew with a mate... so we split the beer 50/50... so we each get about 15 bottles out of each batch... and thats about enough to keep me goin for a week...

I've only been brewing for seven months, but it's clear to me that my brewing will be strongly affected by the seasons, at least for now. I brewed at a moderate pace in the fall, and when it cooled off I went crazy and brewed as much and as often as I could.

Now that it is warming up, my pace has slackened significantly. I predict I will be going pretty slowly during the hottest part of the year, and then pick it up again come fall. Of course, right now I have about a dozen cases, and I don't think I'll be running out any time soon.

I brew about every two weeks, except when I was on vacation. So, I've got quite a bit coming again, but I'm drinking a few "leftovers" because I didn't brew from Feb 15-March 15, or during Easter time. I still have a case of those leftovers to drink up while I'm waiting, though. Unfortunately, only about 2 or 3 of my DFH clone left, so I'm brewing that one again next.

Lately I just haven't had time to brew and I'm out. I hope it gets better in a week or so!

I brew when a cornie blows. I don't have any more room in the conditioning cabinet, so no brewing for a while.

I brew to keep from running out but now I have to brew some extra because mostly what I have currently are stouts and porters.

To accomodate the season change I'm going to brew some lighter stuff like IPA's and amber ales because we are finally getting some warm weather up here in Vermont. The snow is just about melted on the porch.

I said 'to keep from running out' but in the last month I've had to revise that. It suddenly became known that I made good beer and I wasn't shy about giving it away and suddenly I can't keep stock on my favourites.

This is good in that I love to brew faster than I can drink it and I've had to hold back previously. Bad in that I'm almost out of my favourites and I know I'll run out before the new batches are ready. I'm about to put fire to strike water for my 3rd batch this weekend to try and catch up.
