Just wanted to thank everyone for all the advice on my first all grain batch. It went off without many problems aside from a late start that resulted in us being outside for the boil until 11:30 last night in 50 degree weather. So all in all, a successful start to many more happy years of brewing! The airlock is bubbling at about three per second right now...
