5 lbs Wheat Malt, Dark (9.0 SRM) Grain 1 41.7 %
8.0 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 4 4.2 %
2 lbs Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 3 16.7 %
8.0 oz Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) Grain 5 4.2 %
0.75 oz Mt. Hood [6.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 6 13.3 IBUs
0.75 oz Hallertauer [4.80 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 7 3.9 IBUs
1.0 pkg Hefeweizen Ale (White Labs #WLP300) [35.49 ml] Yeast
 
Probably nothing. Maybe too much even. Not sure you need the special B in there. Refer to some more experienced brewers tho.
 
The recipe I followed is in the recipe section. Moustache dunkelweizen or something. It's just chocolate wheat and honey malt. It came out super dark but it came out great. The local homebrewers gave the thumbs up. I just think maybe simpler is better for this style. You don't want to drown out the yeast character.
