Default Lipton Iced Tea Mix

I took a tour of a local craft brewery and I was making note of the ingredients they were using nothing surprising except for one thing: Lipton Instant Iced tea mix. I meant to ask what they used it for but I was working on number 6 and it slipped my mind. They had 4 beers available and a 5th ready in 3 weeks. A Hef, black wit, Amber, and a Pale. Any ideas what the Iced Tea was for? I may be racking my brain for nothing it could be that the boss just likes Iced tea.

I put green tea (steeped bags) in my pumpkin beer.
I drink therefore I am.

Maybe they just enjoy some iced tea while they are brewing on the clock.
