I brewed some cider last october using the standard juice, concentrate, sugar and yeast method. I pulled it off the yeast after about 25 days and moved it to my secondary carboy. From there I let it sit....for a year...kinda forgot about it. I checked it once 6 months ago and it tasted good. Decided to bottle it today and it tastes like vinegar. Im guessing The air lock leaked or something. Did I ruin this batch?
