The last 2 orders I placed with them, I had to send an email after a week asking if they forgot about me. Maybe its just me. Great products, just had to wait and contact them to get them to ship my order.

Yep Austin Homebrew is pretty good. I try to stop in every time I'm in town, super friendly and great customer service. The few times I have ordered online I get my order in 1-2 days, but they are only about 70 miles from me.
