Is it possible to brew a non-alcohoilc beer that could be ok for diabetics , no gluten and low in carbs?

Billabong Brewing in Australia do a low carb gluten free beer, so it is possible. How, I wouldn't know.

Fermenting: 2 Ciders with S-33 Yeast, Summer Pale Ale and a West Coast IPA
Planning: Belgian Triple, Blood Orange Wit and American IPA

All gluten free.
