Just bought a 50lb sack of Cargill 2 row malt for a base malt.

The local micro brewery sells his base malt for $40 for a 50 lb sack.

I have never used Cargill malt, but the microbrewery puts out some awesome beers!

Have you ever used it? How was it?

Cargill 2-row pale malt is my primary base malt and, like you, I also get it at near cost. I have had great results with it, including my award winning beers. You're set to go, my friend!
