Yeast: S-04 (Rehydrated)   
Yeast Starter: No   
Additional Yeast or Yeast Starter: No   
Batch Size (Gallons): 5   
Original Gravity: 1.077   
Final Gravity: 1.014   
IBU: 66   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 30 (yes, only 30 minutes)   
Color: Gold/Copper   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21 days in primary   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): No   
Tasting Notes: Exceptionally smooth and refreshing and a huge hit with people who aren't hop heads.   

NOTE: Weights are in grams and kilograms

I used this website to help calculate my water needs Mash & Sparge Water

Mash Target Temp: 66℃ (151F) for 60 minutes. Single infusion, batch sparge.

EDIT: Somehow, I only used 1 packet of S-04 on this. It came out pretty darn tasty, but I recommend anyone trying this to use 2 packets when pitching.
