Default Pear wine

Ok folks, I have seven pounds of pears from my tree. How can this get me drunk. Looking for wine/ mead instruction

Same process as apples:
Wash fruit
Macerate fruit
Press pulp & collect juice
Add sugar if desired
Add sulfites & wait 24 hrs
Add yeast
Wait
That's pretty much it.
