I brewed this up around the 4th of July so it would be ready for my daughters baptism in August. Everyone there loved it. Very easy and very drinkable.

4.00 lb Wheat Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) Dry Extract 51.61 %
1.50 lb Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 19.35 %
1.50 lb Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 19.35 %
0.75 lb Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM) Grain 9.68 %
0.85 oz Hallertauer (HBS) [4.30 %] (60 min) Hops 12.0 IBU
1 Pkgs Weihenstephan Weizen (Wyeast Labs #3068) Yeast-Wheat

I like the grain bill. got any suggestions for other yeast (white labs prefererably)?

If you want to use White Labs, go with WLP-300. It's the equivelant of Wyeast 3068, but better imo. I used 3068 because by hbs doesn't carry white labs
