I make fermented tea for my wife and her friends. I buy 5 one gallon Arizona Southern Sweet tea's from the market, and then I add 4 pounds of corn sugar. I hit it with a little O2 and then add the blue package wine yeast. Comes out very tasty and they love it. I let if ferment for a month or so, and then cold crash it. Rack it to a keg and throw it in the keggerater.
