I'm looking for a holiday beer that can be ready for Christmas (I bottle). I was thinking of a winter warmer that was spicy, though not necessarily using spices. I do AG 5 gallon batches and was looking for a tried and true recipe. Thanks in advance for any responses!:drunk:

This the recipe I have used for the last couple years.
