Default Pubs in London

Hi, I am going to London next week and just checking if anyone has some Pub suggestions that I should check out. Any suggestions in general are appreciated. - Phil

Must see:
The Black Friar
Old Bank of England
Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese
The Rake
Jerusalem Tavern

Great Beer:
Euston Tap House
White Horse
Dovetail (Belgians)
Duke of Cambridge (Organic Gastro-pub)

I have a friend who actually writes up a lot of London pubs and might help your planning:

There are literally thousands. Which part of London will you be visiting?

The Harp, near covent gardens is possibly my favorite pub in London. Great selection of cask and it was voted best pub in England.
