Default sweet hard cider apples

I am doing this for the first time this year. I although am finding it hard to figure out which apples to buy for a sweet cider. Any ideas please help all info helpful. Todd

The apples don't make the cider sweet, to get sweet cider you have to stop the yeast eating all the sugar. Cold crashing or pasteurising are the two easiest ways, cold crashing is best if you keg.
