Our homebrew club met last night - our style this month was 'speciality' and there were two entrants that were just outstanding: a rye stout and a collaborative brew that they're calling a sour bourbon barrel kitchen sink ale. Cool site you've got there Pappers. I may take a stab at your WPA at some point in the near future.

Thanks, BB. If I were to do the WPA now, I'd probably sub two-row for the pilsner, and use some of the Cascade at the 5 minutes mark.
