WHAT is a guinness beer. are all stout's in this catagory. if so what is the carbination co2 or n2

Guiness Stout is a dry stout.

As far as carbonation it depends. They have a large bottle that is actually called an extra stout and is just regular co2. They have "draught style" cans and bottles, and of course the draught version itself that has Nitrogen pumped into it.
