These are all aluminum, they're typically used in restaurants in walk in coolers to keep meats and vegetables off of the floor. I think these would be the perfect height if you're brewing >10 gallons, and they're rated to 2000lbs.
Yes you'd need a pump of course, but these things are only $60-$100 and sturdy.

They are 20" wide i should mention, so if you've got really big kettles, could be too narrow.

i keep thinking about these as well. There is a restaurant auction site where i get seeing these pop up all the time. Usually pretty cheap and stainless to boot.

Exactly, some are aluminum as well, but they're pretty bomb proof, I've seen them go though a lot in my day.
