Default freezing grapes ...

I picked like 10 lbs of wild grapes ... Im going on my honey moon in a few day an having my wedding sooo I have no time to start a bach with it rite now. Can I toss em in a freezer bag an freeze em? I didn't take them off the stem or any thing but I'm hopping I can still use them when I get back.
