I will skip secondary fermentation.
Brew Kettle: 2Gallons
Add Liquid Malt Extract at strikeout
Bottle Prime to carbonation volume of 2.78
3 grams rosemary petals at 2 minutes
Use the zest of two organic lemons
Single Infusion 152 for 60 minutes
BIAB and sparging in 0.5 gallons of H20 at 170F for 10 minutes
60 minute boil
