The beer is quite good gree, but gets better after a month
6# Wheat Dry Extract
8 oz. clear candi sugar

1 oz Hersbrucker at 60 minutes
.25 oz Bitter Orange Peel after 45 min boil
.25 oz Coriander after 45 min boil
White Labs Belgian Wit WLP400

This is very much like a "Blue Moon" clone, but I've found that the belgian candi sugar makes the beer a touch dryer and it has slight alcohol bite when compared to the same recipe without the candi (what I would call a blue moon clone).
