Sorry, let me rephrase. Tapped the keg about a month ago and I'm still pulling strong yeast.
Do you think that what I'm pulling is viable as a starter for another batch?
I wasn't (obviously) going to take a glass of yeast that I was drinking out of and try to do something with it.
