Default 1 vial WPL001 for. 075og?

Question: I am doing a starter with WPL001 into 1ltr with a og of .030 , so if I let that multiply the yeast like it will and then split my now ready starter in half and add each half to another 1ltr will my cell count then be enuff to Finnish that beer

Just the original one liter starter should be just fine if you're using a stirplate.

Though I don't know why you would want your beer to have a strong love for saunas
