I thought I would try the BIAB Brewing method ,
7.5 gallon at 150 for 90 min and a mash out out 170 for 10 min.
gravity reading before the full boil was 1.034 and after the full boil
it was 1.042 .

The Midwest printout had the SG at 1.042-1.046 was wondering if I had a good efficiency and at what percent?

Just thoughts .
