Mead/ Pyment
what do you think.

I was at my local organic health food store and I saw some of that wonder fruit juice called acai. I decided aganist the pure juice concentrate sine it was about 35 $+, so I went with an acai blend.

I have since started a 1 Gal batch of mead [I guess technically a pyment] with 3 1/2 Lbs of clover honey and enough acai juice blend to top it off with enough with room left over for any krausen. As far as I can see the blend consists of white grape, acai purree, rasberry, strawberry, apple. I will be using lalvin 71B-1122 yeast.

It will be sweet, fo sho, but the 71b will be a good yeast for the fruit
Primary: Great Pumpkin Ale
Secondary: Maple Red Ale
Aging: nadda
Bottled: Wild Grape Pyment, Dry Hopped Mead, Wild Grape Wine, Blackberry Melomel, Plastic Melomel
Screwed Up: Pale Ale, Stout, Maple wine, Blueberry Melomel.
