I don't drink these often, and have yet to brew one, but I had a nice one at a brew fest a few weeks back and decided this would be my next home brew.

I went through a few books of mine to come up with this. Im not really sure with the specialty grains, so if anyone has advice on that specifically it would be greatly appreciated.

Are ESB's normally dry hopped?

Also appears your gravities are off a tad :P

That's got a bit too much crystal for my taste. I'd cut the crystal malts in half, but then you are brewing for yourself, not me. If you like a lot of crystal, your suggestion is OK.
As for the hops, that really looks excessive. I make a lot of ESB's and for a 5g batch, I use 1 oz Northern Brewer, and 0.75 oz EKG at both 15 min and flameout with no dry hopping.
I plugged your recipe into Promash, and it estimated 80 IBU.

There are only 10 types of people in this world. Those that understand binary, and those that don't.

That's a bitter-ass ESB.
