I couldn't find another thread like this but as a new top tier owner, I'm curious as to the various setups and mods people have done. I'm not even done putting mine together but will post a pic just to get things started. You can basically get the drift of my current setup. single burner with Mash tun, pump, therminator.

Anyone? I'd like to see too...

There doesn't seem to be many threads or owners showing off their top tier, not sure if this is because there just aren't that many out there, or what?

I love my stand and I will have to add some pictures soon. Since I am still newer to brewing and started from nothing last January I had to start out with one burner. Come January I plan on upgrading and getting another burner and pot. My question to you is which shelf would you upgrade? I was thinking about upgrading the HLT to streamline brewing.

Here's my TopTier setup. It's all gravity fed at the moment. I've had it right at a year and brewed 10 times on it. I really like the TopTier! I have a fired HLT and BK with a 10 gallon cooler mash tun. To fill my HLT, I use a RV hose to send water through the filter. It works great and I don't have to climb up a ladder with a bucket full of water.

@bhaff, I would add a fired HLT and get a converted keg / kettle. You can use the 'spare' shelf as a big utility shelf or sell it on the HBT classified section. I use a cooler as a mash tun and have not had any issues in holding my temps over the rest period. Be sure to get a sightglass / thermo combo from brewershardware.com.

Mine is on a fedex truck for delivery right now. I'm like a little kid waiting for Christmas.
I'd be curious to see how you're going to set yours up.

Not completely sure yet, either traditional three tier or two tier. I have a pump so have some options. I do have some mods in mind that I have not seen yet so I hope to post those up when they are done.
