When mashing, which grains do you crush? I'm not sure if I should crush the roasted barley for my next stout.
Primary: Pilsner
Secondary: Empty
Keg 1: Dunkelweizen
Keg 2: Empty

You will want to crush all of your grains.

Crush everything but the flakes and other weird adjuncts. You do want to crush roasted barley.
