hope I can get away with an Apfelwein thread here.
This batch I made was the only one i've let clear for an extra two weeks (As I was on vacation). And it cleared like no other apfelwein ive made.
So after bottling and waiting another few weeks I tried it. Now the first couple of bottles I found this brownish reddish bugger looking things at the bottom of the bottles.
I thought maybe it was just bad cleaning by myself but after the 5th one I still find small amounts of this weird stuff in it. The apfelwein tastes great, no problem. But I can give this to friends if its got this in. How can I stop this in the future?
