I made a novice error and have a strange situation.
48 hours ago I added 4.5 crushed campden tablets and poured over 4lbs of crushed raspberries berries.
For every gallon of wine produced, 3.5 lbs of berries are being used.
I'm doing a 7 gallon batch of wine.
If I add an additional 22 lbs of berries, will the campden I added 48 hours ago still kill the wild yeasts in these new berries? Do I have to add more campden, and if so how much?
