This is my new keggle setup I an putting together for vorlauf and sparge. Its a spiral diffuser from spray systems. I'm mocking it up tonight and thought I'd give it a try.

Thats from spray systems

http://www.spray.com/products/general_purpose.asp

That particular nozzle is a full cone model 3/8 HHSJ-SS-17082. If you look on their website they have an interactive selector based on S.G., pressure and desired flow rate.

We use them at work for spraying syrup on cherries for processing. They tend not to clog and spray a very even pattern. It was $50.

Looks like that would be an awesome aeration tip for draining into the fermentor.

Beer is the mind-killer. Beer is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my beer. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see it's path. When the beer has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Hi Wired, I saw you have gotten out of brewing but wanted to know how using the spray nozzle worked for you?
